? Manage one of our restaurant work groups: Hostess, Server, Bar, Kitchen and Catering Events. Be an inspiration and motivate daily excellence. Lead by example!
? Use your career experience and talents to help the restaurant reach its financial and personal goals through skillful leadership.
? Recruit, interview and hire talent into our restaurant staff.
? Train, mentor and develop staff members so that they can reach their career goals with our growing company.
? Have fun in a fast-paced environment!



? Minimum 2 years as a manager in a full service (table service with full bar) restaurant.
? Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking.
? Strong communication skills.
? Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
? Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time.
? Be proficient in Excel spread sheets, proficient with monthly retail, food and liquor inventory, labor budgets and schedules, Basset and Serve Safe training a must. Willing to train and develop the right employee.
? Must be able to work closing shifts and evenings as needed.
? Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Benefits: This position offers industry-leading benefits and an average 50-hour work week with 2 days off consecutively.

Location: This position is located in Winnetka and a second location in Evanston opening Spring 2019 at our new Noyes Street location. Looking for two ideal candidates. The first to train in Winnetka and be the GM and Bar Manager for our Evanston Location opening in 2019 but would like to start training now. The second position is for a shift supervisor to oversee our existing Winnetka location.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
