Implementation Supervisor

Medline has an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Supervisor in our Distributed Products division located at our corporate office in Northfield, IL. This individual will lead the day-to-day Prime Vendor Pricing function to include training and troubleshooting. Identify and recommend new techniques to maximize speed and accuracy to strengthen implementation process.? Coordinate and track the implementation of all new prime vendor distribution accounts.

  • Supervise and monitor implementations for prime vendor accounts.? Measure input and output. Address and resolve escalated issues that may delay project completion.
  • Update project management software for every prime vendor implementation.? Communicate progress to implementation team and escalate when necessary.?
  • Submit data for analysis reports and tracking tools for the department to include productivity levels, completion times and accuracy rates
  • Coordinate with Vendor Relations and the Implementation team to ensure accurate pricing is obtained. Follow up with vendors and manufacturers.
  • Lead day-to-day activities of the team.? Assign, monitor and review progress and accuracy of work.? Direct efforts and provides technical guidance on more complex issues.? Provide input into hiring, firing, and performance reviews.?

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of vendor or inventory experience.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate to management;
  • Excellent project management skills and utilization of project management software with demonstrated ownership of projects from setting strategy to successful execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities with demanding timeframes
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and priorities and alter processes to cater to the needs while achieving a targeted end result

  • ?At least 1 year of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
