New Account Rep I duties involve but are not limited to: Providing assistance to new and existing clients regarding their financial needs.
Knowledgeable in the bank's products and services to be able to provide efficient and courteous customer service.
Open and maintain client accounts and relate account information to customers in a timely manner.
Recognize selling and referral opportunities to assist in achieving the goals of the branch as set by management.
The candidate hired for this position will be cross trained in Teller duties and eventually working both positions within the Banking Center.
Excellent customer service skills required.
This position is on our frontline and needs a person who enjoys working with people!
Needs to be flexible with schedule and willing to travel to multiple locations in the Community Banking Group.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
