Job Summary
The Specialist, Marketing Campaigns & Promotions is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of specific marketing activities and promotional plans in collaboration with the Campaigns & Promotions Managers, internal staff and external vendors as defined. This position will be the lead for marketing operations initiatives including marketing materials, exhibits and events, the support of marketing systems, annual order renewal requirements including catalog development, and partnering with the Campaigns & Promotions Managers to establish, monitor, and communicate metrics to measure the effectiveness of promotional plans.
Core Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Campaigns & Promotions Managers to retrieve and report on campaign metrics for tactics including website, marketing automation, eBlast, social media, and tradeshow activities as a measure of marketing effectiveness. Provides timely assessment analysis for the team to continually monitor and inform future promotional plans.
Process lead for the Pathologist Insider member bi-weekly communication for content, schedule, layout, testing, and metrics.
Leads or supports the completion of marketing tactics and campaign scheduling and development, in partnership with the Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams and external vendors.

Education
BA in Marketing, business or communications advertising is required.
Experience
Minimum of two years of results oriented marketing experience preferred
Experience leading marketing projects to completion.
Effective project management and prioritization skills.
Experience leading exhibit and webinar activities.
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority to deliver results.
Prior experience working in healthcare diagnostics, healthcare, or for a medical association.
Experience using Google Analytics.
Experience using Sprout Social.
Experience using Marketing Automation solutions, preferably Marketo.
Experience setting up and moderating webinars using Go to Webinar.
Experience using Oracle Marketing.
Experience using marketing project management solutions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel up to 10%

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
