Job Summary
The Project Manager III is responsible for overseeing multiple high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional or technical integration.
Core Job Responsibilities
Understand the system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
Aligning individuals to roles and responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and managing the schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
Interfacing with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors
All aspects of the project over the entire project life including: initiate, plan, requirements, execute, control, and close.
Qualifications for this role
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred experience with cloud migration projects
Experience managing technical projects is preferred
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Office applications.
Highly skilled in leading and driving high performance teams.
Robust experience working with external customers on complex implementation projects.
Experience managing in a matrix organization to include staff throughout the CAP, contractors and other collaborators.
Highly sophisticated technical/business analysis and facilitation are required for solving problems, making decisions and/or testing concepts.
A Bachelor?s degree and PMP Certification are required.
Minimum seven years? experience in business or software project management with proven track record of successful implementations and enhancements.
Experience executing multiple projects from start to finish (coordinating, analysis, design, managing project plan, managing stakeholders and communication, risk issues, etc)
Background in IT required
Experience with Agile and Waterfall technologies is required.
Travel Requirements
Schedule flexibility to meet deadlines may be required.
Travel required when necessary; expected to be less than 10%.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
