Job Summary
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with CAP leaders in order to ensure solid comprehension of business function strategy; particularly, as it relates to the broader enterprise strategy.
Core Job Responsibilities
Leverage HR expertise to influence business leader decisions and proactively identify, develop and implement HR strategies to optimize business unit outcomes.
Coordinating and providing, tailored and integrated HR services that meet the needs of the broader organization.
Partnering with HR and Learning & Organizational Development to establish enterprise-wide leadership effectiveness, talent management, organizational culture, employee engagement and change management strategies to achieve near and long range enterprise objectives.
Collaborating with and leading other HR team members on: team projects and performance objectives, achievement of Affirmative Action Plan targets, HR process improvements, workforce planning strategies and Employer Value Proposition initiatives to provide comprehensive, efficient and effective HR solutions.

Demonstrable desire for continuous learning and bringing innovative and leading practices forward for evaluation as solutions for achieving desired business outcomes.
Ability to make sound decisions in the moment and effectively and confidently communicate those decisions.
A Bachelor?s degree is required.
10 years of HR experience in a professional business environment, at least 5 of which are as an HRBP/HR Generalist/HR leadership role, providing counsel and guidance to organizational leadership is required.
Experience benchmarking and analyzing achievement toward HR metrics.
Experience with accessing, extracting and interpreting data from an HRIS.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
