The International Region Leader will be responsible for driving international growth by guiding development and execution of the organization?s international market expansion strategy, achieving sales targets (revenue, client and unit volume) within assigned regions through execution of sales/marketing campaigns, prospective client follow-up, client retention efforts, and process improvement initiatives that improve cost and accelerate revenue growth. This motivated self-starter will actively participate in cross-regional and cross-functional initiatives to facilitate product/service development/modification and sales growth to support CAP?s international market expansion, as assigned.
The International Region Leader will also work collaboratively with all areas of the organization and external entities, exercising good judgment and comprehensive decision-making abilities and employ both a strategic tactical focus and a diverse skill set leveraging demonstrated knowledge of international market development strategy, laboratory, healthcare, and diagnostics (IVD) industries, assigned territory laws/regulations as it relates to CAP programs and importation requirements, sales, and international operations and performance improvement techniques and other analyses to arrive at appropriate decision points and achieve desired business objectives; Provide management oversight to distributors, consultants, and other partnerships within assigned geographies. And, lead and/or assist with new projects and International Market Development (IMD) initiatives, as assigned.
Qualified candidates will have excellent English verbal and written communication skills; the ability to gain credibility and influence with potential clients, other key opinion leaders, members and internal CAP staff; and highly motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and influence and motivate team members to achieve desired results. They must also have strong analytical, problem-solving skills with international strategy and business development experience including marketing and sales. Candidates will possess the ability to develop effective business plans with sufficient detail and actionable and measurable tactics, proposals, presentations, and reports to varying audiences.
A Bachelor?s degree is required preferably with an emphasis in Business, Marketing or Finance. A Masters in Business or Healthcare Administration with a focus in international business is strongly preferred. A minimum of six years business experience in healthcare with a focus on sales, marketing and business development is ideal. Strong knowledge of the healthcare / diagnostics industry is required. Proficiency in Arabic is helpful. Strategic planning skills and relevant experience developing integrated plans including strategy, financials and tactical requirements is essential. International travel not to exceed two trips per quarter, averaging 10 days each trip.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
