This is a hybrid office/home position.
You will be able to work from the office 3 days and work from home 2 days a week.

SummaryManage all programs, product formularies and analysis for Home Health and Hospice customers.
Will also be responsible for providing strategic direction, guidance and support, ensuring accountability for meeting or exceeding the operational objectives and priorities as they relate to Home Health & Hospice.
Take ownership of driving and optimizing value add programs.
Responsibilitie Own the Homecare & Hospice segment by working with VP Homecare sales to design and execute a plan of action to drive business results Provide recommendations and advanced critical thinking to identify improvement opportunities for current programs Work with VP Homecare Sales to identify and develop new programs aligned to drive value and address industry issues for Home Health and Hospice customers Create and maintain set formularies for Home Health & Hospice customers.
Review all formularies for a customer group to ensure accuracy within their formularies Monitor product costs and margins and works with divisions and sales on improvement opportunities Survey Medline representatives and existing customer relationships to understand areas to improve Analyzes ordering patterns to identify potential opportunities for product conversions and rate changes Appropriately stocks all formularies and analyzes reroute and patient trend data to reduce cost.
Present formulary and stocks details to customer service management Responsible for ongoing reporting and management:
Budget vs Spend, Formulary Review, Loads Collaborate with Leadership to ensure that both strategic and tactical plans are aligned with the long-term strategy by creating and owning the business planning as they relate to Home Health & Hospice.
Meet with finance regularly to review profitability improvement opportunities, this may include evaluating the overall profitability of a group or individual customer Work with IT to improve ordering and budget functionality to improve Homecare Homebase Identify underperforming Home Health and Hospice customers and works across functions improve performance and profitability COVID-19 VaccinationPlease be aware that Medline requires all employees starting in this position to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

EDUCATIONBachelor's degreeWORK EXPERIENCE3 years of sales or related experiencePrevious program management skills, with ability and proven track record to plan, manage and develop strategic initiatives to successful goal completion preferredADDITIONAL Experience using business analytical skills.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions Experience developing strategic initiatives, which align with business goals and budget Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors Willing to travel up to 25-30% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) Recommended Skills Business Planning Communication Critical Thinking Customer Relationship Management Finance Home Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
