As a result of our continuous growth, Medline Industries, is looking to hire an Ecommerce Analytics specialist in our Northfield location.
The primary focus of this role is to help drive eCommerce business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting of patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.
This person will work with teams to setup, build, monitor, analyze and report department KPIs, translating business requirements into the appropriate analytics solution.
Responsibilities include:
oProduce actionable reports and dashboards that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement into current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
oPerform in-depth analysis of enterprise and digital ecommerce efforts from a variety of data sources (SAP, ATG, web analytics, etc.
) and provide actionable insights on findings.
oWork with business users to identify business analytics requirements on ecommerce-related projects.
oParticipate as core member of an agile team across all planning, analysis, design, development, and testing activities including participation in all scrum ceremonies.
oProject oversight, training, and coaching to the ecommerce analytics team.
oProvide reporting solutions and respond to ad-hoc report requests across multiple business areas.
oDesign and provide training within the division for our ecommerce analytics tools.
oAbility to utilize data visualization as an effective way to tell the story.
Qualifications:
oBachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or other related fieldoDemonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to analyze data, interpret information and trends and communicate findings effectivelyo5
years of dashboard development experience using Tableau and/or PowerBIo5
years of data modeling experienceoExcellent knowledge of SQL for performing data analysis and performance tuningoExperience with Python or R a pluoAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, proficient in MS Word and AcceoDemonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Recommended Skills.
